Ingredients:
2/3 1b pork chops
Marinade:
1 tsp wine; 1/2 tsp curry powder; 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp sugar; 1/2 tbsp coconut milk or evaporated milk; 1/2 small egg; 1 tbsp mung bean flour
Method:
1.Wash, wipe and pound pork chops. Marinate for half an hour.
2.Heat up enough oil in frying pan or wok. Shallow-fry pork chops in one side first, when they are ready turn them over. For shallow- frying, halfly cover the wok with lid can ensure even and quick cooking. It can prevent hot oil from splitting out too. Serve on plate in whole or in small pieces. |
